	No. Some games on เกม.com have been modified to return leaderboard information, some haven't. There are three ways to see if a game is leaderboard enabled or not:
	1. Consult the full list of leaderboard games.
	2. On each game icon graphic, a leaderboard game will have a "flag" picture at the bottom right corner. This is absent for non-leaderboard games.
	3. When moving the mouse over the icon of any game, the text in the pop-up window clearly states if a game is leaderboard-enabled or not.

Do some games have more than one leaderboard?

A.

Yes. Although many leaderboard games only have one leaderboard, some games have multiple leaderboards. For example on a racing game, one leaderboard per track, so more medals for you to win :)

Why are there three different trophies for each leaderboard?

A.

These represent three difficulty levels. The first trophy is normally quite easy to win, whilst the third one can be very difficult!

What do I have to do to submit a game score?

A.

	It varies according to the game:
	1. Some games submit the score automatically.
	2. For some games you have to click "Submit Score" or similar at the end.

	Please note, some games only allow a score to be submitted once all levels have been completed.

	If you aren't sure for a particular game, take a look in the "Tips & Walkthrough" section for score submission tips.

How do I know a score I have made has been successfully submitted?

A.

	A small (normally) white window appears over the top of the game saying "submitting game". When that text has disappeared, the score has been submitted, and you can click the "close" text in the bottom right of the window.
	The score will then appear in your account

Sometimes my scores don't seem to be submitted to เกม.com. They go to a global leaderboard. How can I stop this?

A.

The most common cause of this is opening more than one เกม.com game window at a time. When this occurs, the connection to the first game is lost. So please only open one เกม.com game window at a time. IE8 also appears to work better than Mozilla Firefox.

IE8, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari. If you are still using IE6, we seriously recommend upgrading to any of these more modern browsers.

What's this weird xn--12c8d5d.com domain name I see sometimes?

A.

	It is how the underlying Internet system "sees" our เกม.com Thai domain name. All Thai domains actually exist "under the surface" as an "encoded english-language string", always starting with "xn--".

	It is the job of programs like web browsers to translate that encoded "xn--12c8d5d.com" domain name into Thai. Old browsers like IE6 don't understand how to do this, so if you are using IE6, you cannot type เกม.com into the browser address bar. It just won't understand.

	So you will need to use our English domain, thaigamez.com, or the encoded form, http://xn--12c8d5d.com. Or better still, upgrade to a modern browser.

Why don't other Thai websites yet use Thai domain names?

A.

Thai domain names are a relatively new technology that only work well on modern web browsers. Once IE6 usage dies down in Thailand, many more Thai domains will be used for new and existing Thai websites.
